    • Incorrect Order: In the event that you receive an order with incorrect customization or design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

    • Late Delivery: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

  2. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

    • Size or Fit: Please carefully review our size guide before placing your order to ensure proper fit. We do not offer refunds for size-related issues.

    • Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products where customers have simply changed their mind.

  3. Refund Process:

    • To initiate the refund, contact our customer support team via email or phone within the specified timeframe mentioned.

    • You will need to provide your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and any relevant photographs if applicable.

    • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with a resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit.

  4. Refund Options:

    • For eligible refund requests, we offer the following options: a) Full Refund: Receive a full refund of the original purchase amount to the original payment method used. b) Replacement: In case of damaged or incorrect products, we can arrange a free replacement of the same item. c) Store Credit: We can issue store credits equivalent to the purchase amount that can be used for future purchases.

  5. Exceptions:

    • Custom Designs: As we specialize in custom t-shirts, we cannot offer refunds for orders with personalized designs unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

    • Clearance or Sale Items: Clearance or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.

Please note that any refund issued will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund timeline may vary depending on your payment method or bank.
